A fun-filled, easy-to-follow hour of energetic exercise put to upbeat music. Consists of a warm-up, followed by calisthenics (rhythmic exercises performed without apparatus), and finishes with a cool down. Can be done in high or low impact, whichever is preferred. Men and women welcome! No experience necessary! No dance steps or routines to learn.
