A total body workout used to train modern dancers. This class is open to nondancers as well. The Power Yoga "powerhouse" exercises build up the full range of abdominal muscles and the lower back to create a strong center. All movement flows from this center. Every class includes both standing and mat work to strengthen and lengthen all the major muscle groups. Precise exercises shape the muscles and help you achieve a lean, balanced dancer's body. Beginners welcome. No experience necessary.
