Expand your mindful practice by working in balance with others. The recreational acro community draws on dance lifts, yoga, acro gymnastics, weight lifting, cheerleading, and circus to workout by lifting one another. Come learn what it feels like to be part of this awesome community of people who will literally have your back. Explore a practice where the lessons of integrating your mind and body embrace the truth of our social existence.

At some point the class will evolve into open practice. No partner or experience needed.
