This is Gia’s very beginner’s class. It’s for women who always wanted to belly dance. Great for Women who thought they couldn’t dance. It is also for any women who are exploring their self-esteem and body image, seniors, handicapped, or anyone who wants the basics of Belly dance.

Intermediate Belly Dance
This class is Gia’s own eclectic style of Belly Dance, developed through her 22 years of her career in belly dancing.
This is more of an intermediate class. But adventurous beginners, or anyone who has had some experience in any form of dance, is welcome. There is stretching, warm ups, basic technique, choreographed dances and improvised dances. Classes are ongoing.
