Chair Yoga with Gia 

Chair Yoga with Gia is a great experience for ALL fitness levels and ages.

This class will make you feel good all over – by stretching and strengthening every part of the body. Class includes breathing, stretching, strengthening and relaxing.

This class is gentle yet effective. Mostly done sitting, but also has sections where we stand to work on balance and the legs.

This class connects many facets of the body and mind.

Gia has studied and taught yoga since 1970. This is her own personally developed style.

SyncoCize – Dance Fitness w/ Sue C

Sue has been dancing for most of her life.  The amalgam of dance and fitness forged reality as she became a certified group fitness instructor and introduced her own dance fitness program in 2012.  As a certified group fitness instructor Sue has lead dance fitness classes, as well as step and sculpt, body sculpting, strength and toning, tai chi, yoga and water dance fitness classes. 

 SyncoCize classes are easy to follow – dynamic, yet powerful dance fitness choreography that will fire up your cardio as you gain moves to maintain balance, create muscle definition, and build strength.  Enjoy your workout as you dance with power and strength!
